These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Whiora The Luxe Travel Agency (“Whiora”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Whiora provides luxury travel curation, concierge services, and hotel reservation facilitation for discerning travellers seeking elevated, seamless, and personalised experiences. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our services.

Nature of Our Services

Whiora is a luxury travel curator and booking facilitator. We specialise in:

  • Luxury hotel room reservations
  • Bespoke travel itinerary design
  • Coordination with premium hotels, resorts, and travel partners
  • Curated travel experiences and concierge arrangements

Where applicable, Whiora may act as an authorised intermediary or concierge partner to facilitate hotel bookings and related services. We do not operate hotels, airlines, transport companies, or accommodation facilities. All travel and hospitality services are ultimately provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Eligibility

To use our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and truthful

Travel Inquiries & Communication Consent

When you submit an inquiry through Whiora:

  • You authorise us to contact you regarding your travel request via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS
  • You consent to us sharing relevant information with trusted third-party providers solely for fulfilling your request
  • You acknowledge that submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking

All pricing, availability, and confirmations remain subject to third-party provider validation.

Hotel Reservations & Third-Party Services

Whiora assists in facilitating luxury hotel reservations and related travel services. All final reservations and travel services are:

  • Provided and confirmed by independent third-party hotels and travel providers
  • Governed by the respective provider’s terms, conditions, and policies
  • Subject to availability at the time of confirmation

Whiora is not responsible for: • Service delivery, quality, or standards of third-party providers • Cancellations, delays, overbooking, or operational disruptions • Changes made by hotels or travel partners

Luxury Privileges & Enhancements

Whiora may assist clients in accessing enhanced hospitality experiences through partner relationships, which may include:

  • Room upgrades (subject to availability)
  • Early check-in or late check-out
  • Hotel credits or special amenities
  • VIP recognition or guest prioritisation

Such privileges are: • Not guaranteed • Subject to hotel discretion and availability • Not independently controlled or enforced by Whiora

Pricing & Availability

Any pricing shared by Whiora is indicative and subject to change until confirmed by the relevant service provider. Final pricing, inclusions, and availability are determined solely by third-party providers at the time of confirmation. We do not guarantee price stability or availability until a booking is formally confirmed.

Payments & Service Fees

Whiora may charge consultation, planning, or concierge service fees, which will be communicated clearly in advance where applicable. Depending on the booking:

  • Payments for hotels and travel services may be made directly to third-party providers
  • In certain cases, Whiora may facilitate or coordinate payments as part of the booking process
  • Whiora may receive commissions from partner hotels or travel providers

We are not responsible for payment processing issues or disputes arising between clients and third-party providers.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective third-party provider. Whiora may assist in coordination but does not control:

  • Refund approvals
  • Cancellation penalties
  • Processing timelines

Any applicable fees or charges are determined by the service provider.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documentation
  • Complying with entry requirements and travel regulations
  • Reviewing all booking terms provided by travel partners before confirmation
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled travel arrangements

Whiora is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or disruptions arising from documentation or regulatory non-compliance.

Travel Risks & Advisory

Travel involves inherent uncertainties. Whiora does not guarantee:

  • Safety of destinations
  • Uninterrupted travel experiences
  • Accuracy of external travel advisories or conditions

Clients are advised to independently review travel advisories before departure.

Force Majeure

Whiora shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Government restrictions or travel bans
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Airline, hotel, or supplier operational failures
  • Technical or system outages

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Whiora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for disruptions arising from third-party services
  • We do not guarantee travel outcomes, service performance, or experiences

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Whiora for its services, or ₹0 where no direct payment has been made.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, design, text, imagery, and materials—is the intellectual property of Whiora or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
